Please note: as part of our ongoing resort improvement efforts, we anticipate renovating sites 51 - 97 between 1/2/12 and 3/29/12. While we will attempt to minimize any impact to our guests, the work will involve heavy equipment and trucks which may result in noise and dust. Please factor these potential issues into your site preferences. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding while we work to improve our facilities for your continued enjoyment.

For all months except July, reservations can be made starting the first day of the sixth month prior to the month in which you want to arrive. For example, on May 1, you can make any reservation starting in November. Reservations for arrivals in July can be made beginning January 2.  Pismo Coast Village shareholders should refer to their Shareholder Information Manual for reservation procedures.

You can use any of the methods below to make your reservations!

We are happy to take your requests for site location (click here for a resort map in PDF format - if you are using a dial-up connection, we recommend right-clicking the link and saving the file to your computer, since it is quite large), and we will place you as close as possible to your requests. However, requests are not guaranteed.

For multiple reservations, please fill out the request form once for each party, with individual name, address, etc., and mention the other parties' names under Special Instructions. Multiple sites cannot be reserved under one name and address.

Terms & Conditions

• All reservation requests are subject to availability.  Reservations which include a Friday or Saturday night have a two-night minimum.  Most holiday weekend have a three-night minimum, and Thanksgiving weekend has a four-night minimum.
• Reservations guaranteed ONLY when issued confirmation. You will receive confirmation by mail. You will also receive notification by mail if your requested dates cannot be accommodated.
• All rates and occupancy tax subject to change without notice.
• All reservations must be prepaid. Full payment is due within 10 days of booking. Credit cards will be charged in advance for the price of the reservation.
• Reservations without deposits subject to cancellation.
• Deposit is refundable only if Pismo Coast Village is notified of the cancellation, or shortening, of the reservation at least 10 days before arrival date.
• A $10.00 processing fee is charged on all cancellations & refunds.  This includes cancellations which result from making multiple reservations via online request, telephone, and/or fax.  If you submit an online request, please do not call or fax our reservations office to also make reservations, or submit additional online requests.  Online requests are normally processed Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm and Saturday and Sunday between 11:00am and 5:00pm.
• Site preferences and requests are noted.  However, they are not guaranteed.
• Effective 9/7/04, due to requirements of our insurance carrier, the following dog breeds, or mixes thereof, are not allowed in the resort:  Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Malamute, and Wolf.
