* All reservation requests are subject to availability.
* Reservations guaranteed ONLY when issued confirmation. You will receive 
confirmation by mail. You will also receive notification by mail if your 
requested dates cannot be accommodated.
* All rates and occupancy tax subject to change without notice.
* All reservations must be prepaid. Full payment is due within 10 days of 
booking.
* Reservations without deposits subject to cancellation.
* Deposit is refundable only if Pismo Coast Village is notified of the 
cancellation at least 10 days before arrival date.
* A $10.00 processing fee is charged on all cancellations & refunds.
* Site preferences and requests are noted, however, aren't guaranteed.
** While PCV considers itself a pet friendly environment, our insurance
carrier has required that the following dog breeds, or mixes thereof, are
not allowed in the resort:  Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Malamute,
and Wolf.
